Mapei Eco Prim Grip PLUS is a ready-to-use, solvent-free, acrylic primer with sanded aggregate for enhancing adhesion on smooth, dense, or low-porosity substrates. Ideal for interior and exterior walls and floors, it creates a roughened mechanical key for plasters, cementitious adhesives, self-levelling compounds, and screeds. Formulated with low VOC content and excellent workability, Eco Prim Grip PLUS is suitable for use on concrete, ceramic, stone, screeds, and existing tile surfaces.

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, sound, dry, and free from dust, oil, or loose material.
- Apply Primer: Apply Eco Prim Grip PLUS evenly using a roller or brush. Do not dilute.
- Drying Time: Allow the primer to dry completely before applying tile adhesive, levelling compound, or render.
- Proceed with Finishes: Apply smoothing compounds, plasters, or tile adhesives directly over the dried primer.
Limitations
- Do not use on surfaces subject to rising damp or standing water.
- Not suitable for exterior surfaces exposed to direct weather unless overcoated.
