TIMCO 9 in 1 Universal Adhesive & Sealant - Grey is a versatile hybrid polymer product designed to bond and seal a wide range of building materials, even in wet conditions. Developed as a replacement for many traditional adhesives and sealants, it is suitable for both interior and exterior applications where a durable, flexible grey finish is required. 

This medium-viscosity formulation offers excellent toolability, long-lasting flexibility and high bond strength. TIMCO states it adheres to most traditional building materials and can support up to 400kg per 10cm², making it a practical choice for general construction, sealing and finishing work.
