Suitable Applications
- Touch-up and repair of galvanised steel components
- Corrosion protection on fabricated steelwork and welds
- Maintenance of gates, railings, fencing and site metalwork
Instructions for Use
- Prepare surface: remove rust/scale to bright metal; degrease and dry thoroughly.
- Mask surrounding areas. Shake can vigorously for 2–3 minutes after the ball rattles.
- Spray 20–30 cm from surface in light, even coats, building coverage. Allow flash-off between coats.
- For overcoating, follow paint manufacturer guidance once dry. Test adhesion/compatibility first.
Limitations & Precautions
- Apply in well-ventilated areas, above 5 °C and in dry conditions; avoid high humidity.
- Intended for ferrous metals; for other substrates use appropriate primers.
- Aerosol: keep away from heat/sparks/open flames. Observe all safety data guidance.
